Minister Writes to SRC on Phase 2 and 3 of Re-opening

In a reply to a letter from SRC, the Minister, Ms Hyslop, confirmed that Phase 2 will permit small shops to re-open, and will also mean larger shops can re-open up to 800 square metres of sales floorspace so long as the shop has direct street access. The reply also sets out Ministers’ rationale for only allowing larger shops to fully re-open at Phase 3.
