Have Your Say in the BRC Crime Survey 2020

The BRC Retail Crime Survey is a longstanding, respected product that is widely-cited by the retail industry, government stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, the media, and non-governmental organisations. This is your chance to have your say…

The survey measures retail crime and security trends within a constantly evolving risk environment, highlighting threats including organised crime, cyber-attacks and fraud that are developing in their complexity.

Members are invited to submit data about the impact of all forms of crime on their operations and their staff. It provides businesses an opportunity to:

compare their losses from criminal activity against the industry average
generate data that informs the BRC’s security policy positions
contribute to a pan-industry view on the current performance of UK efforts at public-private security cooperation in support of the sector.

All responses will be dealt with in absolute confidence and will not be shared.

This survey closes on Wednesday 8th Jan 2020 (although early responses would be  appreciated) and covers the period 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.

Any difficulties with completing the survey please e-mail James Martin
