Due to circumstances outside our control, we are unable to continue publishing our online benchmarking report, nor launch the improved reporting in March as originally intended. This is a result of our data partner for our Digital Retail Insight monitor, Hitwise, ceasing UK operations. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The BRC are currently speaking to a number of online data providers, our aim is to continue providing in-depth analysis into online retail trends for the UK as soon as we are able. We will release an update on our progress as soon as we can.
