TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and us, BRC Trading Limited (“we”, “us” or “BRC Trading”). BRC Trading cannot be responsible for the non-arrival of booking information. If you have not heard from us within 7 days of submitting your booking form, please contact events on 020 7854 8971, events@brc.org.uk.
Payment of fees
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice. BRC Trading reserves the right to re-allocate tickets if invoices are not paid within the timing specified above. Tickets are inclusive of conference material, buffet lunch and refreshments. Fees do not include travel costs and accommodation.
Cancellation by guests
All cancellations of bookings must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the date on which the event is due to take place, and should be marked for the attention of Events, BRC, 21 Dartmouth Street, London SW1H 9BP. If a booking is cancelled within this time BRC will offer credit for a ticket to another similar event at the same rate - the full ticket price remains payable as per the terms above. If a booking is cancelled after this time, no credit will be made and the full ticket price remains payable.
Changing guest details
Substitutes can be made at any time, although BRC Trading cannot guarantee any guest name changes will be included in the official event programme if submitted 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation or alteration of event
BRC Trading reserves the right at any time to cancel/alter the date of the event, change the venue or identity of the speakers. In these circumstances, any liability will be restricted to the delegate fee paid. BRC Trading will not be held responsible for any transport, accommodation or other costs incurred by guests.
Data protection
The personal information provided by you will be shared by British Retail Consortium and BRC Trading Limited for administrative and record-keeping purposes and to contact you by telephone, email or post to inform you about products or services that we think may be of interest to you. By submitting your information to us, you consent to us processing your personal data in this way unless you have indicated that you do not wish your details to be used in these ways.
