With over 2.9 billion visits to UK retail websites each month, creating a seamless online customer experience is essential for UK retailers.

A new two-factor authentication (2FA) system coming into effect in September will mean consumers have to go through an additional step when making payments online.

While consumer safety is paramount to retailers, there is concern that 2FA could lead to an increasing number of consumers abandoning their baskets at the point of online checkout.

Retailers are subsequently looking to payment providers to help provide solutions that can mitigate the commercial risks.

At this Forum our Associate Members can hear first-hand from retailers about the challenges of F2A and how, as an industry partner, you can offer services to meet their needs.

WHY ATTEND?

  • Learn where the retail industry is headed with payment authentication
  • Gain insight into the priorities and challenges for UK retailers responding to 2FA
  • Understand how you can present solutions and position your products and services to meet their needs
