OC&C will be presenting the findings of research on the industry’s digital capability. This included interviews with retail and other industry leaders, as well as their own research. They’ll assess maturity on areas including leadership and culture, technology and infrastructure, customer experience as well as the more obvious talent and skills and identify some gaps we need to consider.
