We recognise that data or lack thereof, presents the biggest challenge in evidencing change to diversity in retail. While all businesses currently capture age and gender data, only some companies track ethnicity, disability, sexuality and social mobility data.  

This session - open exclusively to signatories of the BRC's Better Jobs D&I Charter - aims to consider the data metrics that will be incorporated into the Better Jobs D&I Dashboard.
