Doug Norton-Bilsby //
Global Vice President, Retail and Consumer Products, Forgerock

Doug is responsible for setting the direction of all ForgeRock’s client facing activity in the Retail and Consumer Products arena globally. He is charged with defining the strategy for the operation and ensuring its consistent execution through Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product and Support. He also leads and sets the direction for all Partner and Alliance activity for the market. Doug joined ForgeRock in January 2017.

Doug comes to ForgeRock after spending the past five years helping early stage Mobile Commerce technology businesses build international operations. Prior to this Doug has led the European and International businesses of market leading Enterprise Technology Companies including Experian, Oracle and IBM.

Doug holds a number of Professional Business and Management qualifications including a Masters.
     
 

Rachel Lund //
Head of Retail Insights and Analytics, BRC

Rachel Lund leads the BRC’s Insight and Analytics team, and is responsible for all of the BRC’s data gathering and analysis activities. An economist by background her experience includes modelling UK and global economies, forecasting product demand, Climate Change, and local economic development. She previously held roles at a number of consultancies and with the Government Economics Service.

Increasingly ForgeRock is finding that there is a real gap between the way Retailer’s are utilising identity management now and the way they expect to be managing identity in the future. So how is utilisation of identity changing?

In the past retailers may have been using CRM systems that were capturing static data but this may have meant they were missing individual identity data or that they were missing relationships data. But where is identity now and where is this path heading?
