Our key objective is for Inclusion to be the key driver for recovery, resilience and reinvention in retail. This is an open discussion to allow retailers to raise and discuss issues of concern surrounding Diversity and Inclusion.
We are living in transitional space. We know that we will never go back to the pre-Covid world and neither can we allow ourselves to go back to the pre-Floyd world. This is an extremely volatile time for the industry, but we cannot proceed without a fundamental shift in thinking about our purpose, and what retail represents.
