A unique experience introduced by BRC Learning, on the 21st October we'll be hosting a facilitated discussion led by The Centre for Inclusive Leadership. Our key objective is for Inclusion to be the key driver for recovery, resilience and reinvention in retail. This is an open discussion to allow retailers to raise and discuss issues of concern surrounding Diversity and Inclusion.

We are living in transitional space. We know that we will never go back to the pre-Covid world and neither can we allow ourselves to go back to the pre-Floyd world. This is an extremely volatile time for the industry, but we cannot proceed without a fundamental shift in thinking about our purpose, and what retail represents.

ABOUT The Centre for Inclusive Leadership

For over 30 years the team at The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL) have worked with organisations to understand what causes people to feel both included and excluded. Managing inclusion in order to create a sense of belonging must be a key priority for everyone involved in human capital management.

They have a rich history in working globally to support the inclusion, diversity and equality agenda through executive education, leadership accession programmes and thought leadership. TCfIL work with leaders to help them create and sustain more effective organisations by enabling them to better support their people to be their best selves and do their best work.
