Retail is the UK’s largest private sector employer and as such is committed to equipping its colleagues with the skills needed for the future. As the industry continues to transform, retailers point to apprenticeships as a helpful tool for future proofing their business. A recent survey of retailers by the British Retail Consortium found that 95% plan to increase the number of apprenticeships offered at their company over the next two years.

Come along to this free roundtable event to join in the apprenticeship debate and network with other retailers. Get feedback from the BRC Apprenticeship Survey, hear some apprenticeship success stories as well as tips on how to make them work in your organisation, and help shape and influence the BRC’s apprenticeship offer.

Places are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
