The BRC, in collaboration with OXIRM/Said Business School, is bringing together key stakeholders - including policy-makers, regulators, industry experts and UK retailers - to discuss the legal, ethical, regulatory and consumer trust issues affecting retail in the digital era.

We’ll look at the ways retail is using digital technologies now and how this is likely to evolve; as well as Government plans to regulate - asking how we can balance the needs of retail with a regulatory landscape that builds consumer trust and enables innovation.
