How has the Government answered industry calls for clarity? What does the current state of negotiations look like? How will retail be affected by the repeal bill, immigration, customs and tariffs?
Following on from our first Brexit Debate in 2016 the BRC presents an evening of conjecture, speculation and insight into how our industry will change and adapt to Brexit with 1 year to go. Joining our experts will be commentators, politicians and journalists as well as retail leaders to discuss the coming separation.
A Fair Brexit For Consumers
The goal of our A Fair Brexit for Consumers project is to support the Government in ensuring the best deal for consumers. An essential element is maintaining the choice and availability of affordable, quality products for consumers.
As part of this campaign we will be holding a series of online and live events. These events will support and promote the work we do and to provide our retail community with exclusive insight into how Brexit will affect them and their customers.
The 3 focus areas are people, regulation and tariffs.
This event is free to attend for BRC retail members.
This event will take place in The British Library, 96 Euston Rd, Kings Cross, London NW1 2DB.
