The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs’ (Defra) Waste and Resources Strategy is due to be published before the new year. The strategy is expected to cover a wide range of areas - from packaging recycling targets, to reform of packaging waste regulations, producer responsibility and options for a deposit return scheme (DRS) - signaling major changes ahead for the retail industry.

Hosted together with our partners at Valpak, this webinar will discuss the proposals contained in the upcoming Waste and Resources Strategy, how they might dovetail and interact with other Government action in this area, and what preparations retailers should be looking to make in response to new regulations or legislation.
