Nicki Hunt is BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap Project Manager. She was previously Membership, Commercial, and Sustainability Director at the Food and Drink Federation, a trade association that represents the food and drink manufacturing sector.

Prior to that Nicki worked in a variety of senior communications and project roles across local and central government and the criminal justice sector including major change and externally and internally facing projects.

Bea is a Retail and Sustainability Consultant, who recently led the Case Study with Pets at Home as part of the BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap.

As the official partners for Pathway 4 – Sourcing Sustainably – Bea’s team at IBM have worked with numerous retailers to identify the key challenges in this space, and developed a compelling framework for how to overcome them.

Bea is passionate about helping her retail clients to rethink, design and build future-fit enterprises and deliver change, which is impactful, equitable, and responsible.

Robin Crees is an Associate Partner in IBM Consulting and has been working with European Retail and Consumer Goods clients for the past 15 years. His focus has been on technology enabled transformation through the adoption of leading-edge consumer digital technologies funded by savings from streamlining back-office operations. In his current role he works in the UK with key clients and is also responsible for developing key technology partnerships with a focus on achieving specific client outcomes. This includes a specific focus on sustainability and how IBM can bring the best set of emerging solutions to market.

Daniel has 25 years retail and digital experience, having led IBM UK retail and digital practices and now uses these skills within IBM Consulting to develop key client & new logo accounts to advise and deliver digital transformation. Alongside his work at IBM, he has chaired the Government initiative for Digital High Streets, a Board advisor for start-ups and helps Higher Education organisations develop our future engineering talent.

Jez is a Partner within IBM and leads the IBM Consulting Generative AI and Watsonx practice in the UK and Ireland.
Jez is also part of the global and local leadership team for IBMiX, IBM’s customer transformation and digital transformation team. He is an expert in consumer goods and is part of the worldwide consumer, retail and UKI travel & transportation leadership at IBM.
He works predominantly with clients within the luxury, FMCG, retail and transportation in digital transformation, analytics, AI, sustainability, innovation, technology and people transformation.
He’s a frequent keynote speaker and lecturer; in the last few years, he has spoken at Retail Tech week, Surrey Business School, London College of Fashion and the Future Fashion Factory. He secured his first patent for IBM in 2016, coming up with an idea for how the dynamics of a city influence the buying behaviours of a customer.

Colm is a Partner in IBM Consulting, Global Consumer Industry where he works with leading retailers and consumer product companies to develop innovative solutions for business transformation.
Colm has deep retail industry expertise working as a board-level executive and has held various leadership roles in supply chain operations, business strategy and technology, including Supply Chain Director for Tesco.
Colm is a member of the IBM Industry Academy, holds an MBA from Warwick University Business School and recently co-authored the IBM Institute for Business Value expert insights paper, ‘The next-generation retail store’.
