Paul is a Learning & Development Practitioner, Author, Broadcaster, Inspirational Speaker, Life Coach and Mediator. The common thread through his work is his ability to help people and organisations realise their full potential.

Paul is ITN Productions (Independent Television News) resident leadership expert for their Amazon Audible series “How to OutPerform” He is also a BBC contributor and has a regular show on Premier Radio called "Ask Paul"  

Paul is the former CEO of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust and continues to work with various social justice projects and is also founder and director of The Grace Project a charity dedicated to working with people helping them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. Paul has written three books on the subject.
