Graham has been at the BRC as an Assistant Director for over 20 years working on consumer protection, data protection, e-commerce and competition issues among many others.

Graham was Chairman of the Eurocommerce Internal Market and Consumer Affairs Committee from 2010 to 2020, having first lobbied in the EU in 1979.

Prior to the BRC he was Secretary General of an international political organisation and Head of Policy and the Shadow Cabinet Secretariat of the Liberal Party of Australia.


David Dobson

Global Industry Director for Retail, Hospitality & Consumer Goods, Intel Corporation

David has been working in the RHCG industries for over 30 years helping some of the largest global organizations with their Digital Transformation. In his current role, David leads a team of Industry experts located in the US, Europe, and Asia that drives Intel’s sales strategy and supports ecosystem development in these key industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • The leadership of the global RHCG industry sales group
  • The creation and evangelism of the Intel RHCG Industry Point of View
  • The development of executive-level relationships with key RHCG companies and partners

Before his time at Intel, David worked for 12 years at Microsoft and for 14 years in large ISVs/OEMs selling to companies around the world. Overall, David has nearly thirty years’ experience working in the RHCG industries in global roles that include Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Software & Hardware development.

When not traveling on business, David lives with his family near Bath in the West Country, United Kingdom.

A sustainable retail advisory for brands with the aim of helping sustainable brands get an unfair advantage.  He is co-author of the book “Retail Innovation Reframed”, an action-focused guide on how to transform operations and use change to thrive.
