Peter Harte

Vice president of enterprise sales, EMEA, Kronos UK & Ireland

As vice president of enterprise sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Peter Harte is responsible for providing expertise to Kronos customers by helping them manage their most valuable resource: their employees. When Harte moved from the Kronos Australia office to the Kronos U.K. office in 2018, he brought with him his passion for workforce management strategy, an infectious sense of humour, and a people-focused understanding that employees who feel excited about their work are the ones who will drive exceptional customer service and business success.

Harte spends the majority of his time traveling to meet with business leaders who are transforming their companies from the inside out, and supporting them through the current and future challenges facing their workforce. He believes deeply that organizations should look at their workforce as more than a cost, but as their strongest strategic advantage, and showcases the innovation and stability of cloud technology to further support and strengthen the employee experience.

Prior to his current role in the EMEA region, Harte led management and direction of the sales and marketing functions in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. During his tenure at Kronos, he has contributed to the expansion of business operations in global regions through increased presence in China, Hong Kong, and India.

Harte joined Kronos in 1998 with a wealth of knowledge in the information technology and sales strategy sectors. He served as global sales manager of AT&T in New Jersey as well as managing sales teams in its San Francisco office. He also held sales-oriented leadership roles at DHL and Xerox, where he supported global sales initiatives across geographies in EMEA.

Donna Stephenson

Customer Success Manager, Kronos UK & Ireland

Having nearly 30 years’ experience working in retail in one of the big four supermarkets, (8 of which in workforce management and labour planning,) Donna has recently joined Kronos as a Customer Success Manager.   With a keen focus on managing change and simplifying processes, Donna supports managers by allowing them time to manage utilising technology whilst improving their business performance.  Always questioning the status quo, Donna shares her passion for driving change for business improvement and colleague engagement.
