BRC Leaders Programme - Level 5 Apprenticeship

We have worked with Corndel - the UK’s largest provider of management apprenticeships to adapt the Level 5 Operations/Department Manager apprenticeship standard and create a dynamic, tailored programme for leaders in retail. The programme combines critical theory with practical application to transform leaders’ skills, capabilities and confidence.

Underpinned by one-to-one executive coaching, the programme develops strategic management and leadership skills, self-awareness and communication skills.

Who is it for?

  • Aspiring and mid-to-senior retail managers
  • Distribution centre managers and head office functions. Previous participants included e-commerce managers, merchandising managers, store managers, marketing and communication managers and finance managers.

This is a fully flexible programme tailored around your own development priorities, and the needs of your organisation. Participants can apply for the Chartered Manager (CMgr) status on completion of the programme.

Start Date: flexible

Duration: 13 months

Cost: £7000 (payable by Apprenticeship Levy)

Qualification gained: Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Certificate
