They work with leading multinational employers to upskill their workforces, with our online programmes being delivered to learners globally, including in London, New York and Hong Kong. 

    We work with CS on Data Apprenticeships, and other data education focused programmes.

  • Internal Consulting Group

    Internal Consulting Group is a general management consulting firm that specializes in helping small and medium-sized businesses reach their full potential by focusing on personnel performance, operational efficiency, and structural organization. Their unique internal approach to assessing organizations enables us to uncover and resolve issues that typically go undiscovered by management and traditional consulting approaches.

    We are working with ICG on the Customer Needs and UCX programmes.

    Kah-Vay are specialist in negotiation skills and was founded by Giles Morgan in 2016. Giles has worked with some of the world’s leading brands, training and consulting with hundreds of professionals in the art and science of negotiation. 

    Tom Morgan joined as co-founder in 2018, bringing with him 20+ years of digital product and operational experience.

    We work with Kah-Vay on the Master Negotiator programme for retailers.

    The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL) is a Human Capital Management business, specialising in workplace inclusion For over 30 years the management team at The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL) have worked with organisations to understand what causes people to feel both included and excluded. Managing inclusion in order to create a sense of belonging must be a key priority for everyone involved in human capital management. They have a rich history in working globally to support the inclusion, diversity and equality agenda through executive education, leadership accession programmes and thought leadership.

    We work with TCfIL on the "Primed for Inclusion" workshops and other D&I initiatives.

  • Sam Redman Consulting

    Sam Redman is an executive coach and change consultant.

    She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of learning and development, including over a decade spent leading on culture, leadership and talent at retail success story, Pret a Manger.

    More recently, she qualified as an Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, adding new skills to her training in psychometrics and neurolinguistic programming. She combines corporate consultancy with private coaching, and her role as Programme Director for the BRC Leaders' Summer School for BRC Learning (formerly OSS Retail Leadership Programmes).

  • Space 2 Think

    Rob Husband is the founding director of Space 2 Think, a coaching and training consultancy. He is an experienced facilitator, and a creative and enthusiastic trainer. Rob has been involved in management for over 25 years, beginning in retail management and then moving to the voluntary sector, where he successfully managed several national projects and initiatives. He has developed, delivered and coordinated training for front-line staff, managers and leaders in voluntary and public sectors and blue chip organisations. He currently delivers Institute of Leadership Management qualifications up to Level 5. Rob is a Myers Briggs practitioner and holds a post-graduate diploma in Development Training from St Martins College Ambleside.

    Rob is the programme designer and a co-lead on the BRC Leaders' Summer School.
