Retail Leadership Programmes

In June 2019, the British Retail Consortium (BRC) acquired OSS Retail as part of the Better Jobs campaign and the ongoing commitment to reposition ‘Retail as a Career of Choice’. The acquisition enabled OSS’s inspirational leadership programmes to become part of BRC Learning.

We have used our heritage to build modern, blended learning experiences providing the delegates with the skills, confidence and networking opportunities they need to drive their own performance and that of their teams and businesses. We will now run the previous Foundation and Academy as the BRC Leaders' Summer School, and the Masters programme as the BRC Retail Masters. Join us for superb learning and networking opportunities delivered by the industry leaders, for the industry leaders.

    Inclusion in Retail Masterclass - 'Primed for Inclusion'

    A series of workshops developed with The Centre For Inclusive Leadership to support retail leaders in removing barriers around diversity and inclusion and to deliver against the BRC D&I Charter pledges.

My week spent on the Masters Programme was invaluable. The insights, lessons and ideas shared by both the amazing guest speakers and the rest of my cohort have really stuck with me; I learned a lot around authentic leadership, which was amply demonstrated throughout the week. Since returning to my ‘day job’, I’ve been able to make positive changes in my leadership style, and have a renewed sense of confidence that grew during the Masters week. I’ve shared lots of my learnings with my peer group–and have recommended everyone attend!
