WHO IS IT FOR?

  • Any professional of any seniority. The course might be particularly helpful to those in services and product procurement, HR and property roles, buyers, merchandisers and all retailers who need skills to negotiate satisfactory agreements with key stakeholders and third-party providers. The training is designed as a journey; starting from the fundamentals of effective negotiation techniques, through more advanced and nuanced approach based on real-life scenarios in a commercial setting.

Content Delivery

Delivered through a bespoke e-Learning platform blended with live classroom sessions and small group coaching.

The learners can take two routes to complete the course:

Route 1

  • Levels 1-3 

Start Dates: 2 March and 20 April 2021

  • Levels 4-5*

Start Date: 8 September 2021

*To qualify for this module, you must have completed levels 1-3 within the past 24 months.

Route 2

  • Levels 1-5

Start Date: 4 May 2021

We also offer Master negotiator level 6 - a private workshop arranged upon request.
