Head of Data and Cyber Security, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking

As Head of Data and Cyber Security for Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, Giles manages the cyber, data privacy & information security risks to the Bank and helps further educate clients to manage these risks.

Over the course of his career he has held senior cyber & information security positions in retail & investment banking, insurance and consulting and has been a member of several cross sector cyber collaboration groups currently including: TheCityUK Cyber Advisory Group, Financial Conduct Authority Cyber Collaboration Group for Investment Management. Giles is also a member of the University of Southampton Cyber Advisory Board.

Giles focuses on bridging the gap between the front line business, risk and IT, and the cyber risks beyond pure IT operational risk, unravelling the business and financial implications including cyber credit & investment risk.
