With regards to GB (UKCA) Declaration of Conformity and GB regulations; reviewing the GB regulations to transfer onto the UKCA DoC, in the below two links and there appears to be differences between the two areas for PPE/GAS Appliances!
Therefore I’m now unsure which to reference on the DoC template.

We believe the best way to reference the legislation in a UK DoC for the two product areas would be the following:
- Gas appliances: ‘Regulation 2016/426 on gas appliances as brought into UK law and amended’.
- PPE: ‘Regulation 2016/425 on personal protective equipment as brought into UK law and amended’.
That said, we would hope enforcement officers would accept some slight variance in the wording as long as it is clear what piece of leg is being referred to.
