The BRC call for reduced tax for consumers who purchase Energy Saving Materials (ESMs)

The BRC along with the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC) and  The British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) have written to the Rishi Sunak MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer to propose a rate of Zero VAT on Energy Saving Materials (ESMs).
