VAT Relief on Energy Saving Materials : Letter to the Chancellor of the Exchequer

The British Retail Consortium, in partnership with the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC) and the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) recently wrote to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, proposing a rate of Zero VAT on energy-saving materials (ESMs).
