SRC Update on Proposals for New Scottish Fireworks Law

In the Scottish Government’s Programme for Government there was a commitment to introduce a Fireworks and Pyrotechnics Bill to tighten the law on the sale and use of fireworks in Scotland in Year One of this Parliamentary Term.
