SCA now live in EU

Following the EU deadline for SCA implementation on 31 December 2020, the European Banking Federation (EBF) have produced a summary of updates across a handful of EU Member States. In addition, the EBF have also provided an summary of how member states will treat the UK on SCA, from a One-Leg-Out perspective. Log-in to view.

In the UK, SCA implementation is required by September 2021, however retailers that have not already begun to prepare and have not discussed SCA with their gateway or card acquirer should do so immediately.
