FSA Consultation on DRAFT Allergen Guidance (PPDS)

The FSA has now issued a consultation on their DRAFT Technical Guidance on Food allergen labelling and information requirements under the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation No. 1169/2011 (the FSA Technical Guidance), which includes provisions related to food products which are considered 'Prepacked for Direct Sale' (PPDS). 

The technical guidance also contains other updates.
