At our recent D&I Charter workshop, signatories met to discuss navigating trans and non-binary inclusion. We were joined by Kelly Thomson and Rachel Pears from RPC.

RPC provided an overview of the importance of trans and non-binary inclusion, covering facts and figures, a summary of the legal backdrop including the Equality Act 2010 and Gender Recognition Act, and real-world applications such as toilets and changing rooms, recruitment, and work culture, followed by a fruitful conversation with members.
