BRC commercial rents plan sent to Government

The BRC has written to the Government setting out its priorities for commercial rents. The letter stresses the urgent need for continuation of rates relief, debt enforcement protection and clarity on state aid limits on grants, and sets out some principles and practical suggestions on how the Government should address the issue of outstanding commercial rents.
