Exploring the implications of new technology such as AI and promoting cyber resilience and cyber security.
Technology touches every part of the retail supply chain and relations with customers - from procurement and buying, pricing and assortment, store planning and customer experience. It supports colleagues to deliver for their customers and provide innovative customer experiences.
The Technology Community has a clear focus on ensuring the technology is safe from attack with regular exchanges on cyber resilience and security - with a particular focus on helping those who need to know without being experts. It follows this through with consideration of the implications for new tech such as AI and Agentic AI.
