In 2019, the British Retail Consortium (BRC) acquired OSS and relaunched it as the BRC Leaders’ Summer School, aligning with modern retail challenges like sustainability, innovation, and conscious leadership. Today, it’s the industry-leading leadership development programme, combining practical skills and strategic insights for retail professionals.
