As property costs continue to rise, it is increasingly important to identify the effective approaches retailers can take to successfully address them. This includes Business Rates reform, improving relationships with landlords and working with central government and local partners to support retail’s role in local communities.
The Property Community gives members the opportunity to shape the debate and tackle the issues collaboratively, effectively influencing government, landlords and the broader property landscape.

Shaping government’s approach to planning reform to unlock successful high street transformation.
Ensuring security of tenure retained following Law Commission’s forthcoming review of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
