The vast majority of our publications are available only to members. Headline figures are published to the media under embargo a day before publication. Contact our media team for press enquiries.

Unless we produce a member-specific benchmark report, we provide a participant and non-participant version of each benchmark. We only share the most valuable benchmark information with members who provide their data. Benchmarks are offered to retailers as part of their membership fee, with no additional cost to pay.

The release calendar and the dates for benchmark surveys are here. This is updated as our publication portfolio changes, and annually in October for the year ahead.
