Benchmarks

Our Benchmarks enable retail member to assess their metrics and performance statistics against peers in the industry. Each benchmark product focuses on key operational areas - such as Sales, HR and Crime. Members entrust BRC with their data, which we anonymise and aggregate to provide an industry read. Benchmarks are a unique benefit of BRC membership for data-led retailers.
