RPC

RPC is an international law firm with a top ranked (by Chambers and Legal 500) Consumer Brands & Retail Group, and we are very proud of our Associate membership with the British Retail Consortium. Now in our fourth year of working with the BRC we are delighted to have supported members on issues from Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and ESG to key legislation like the DMCCA and Employment Rights Act.

In previous years, our Employment, Equality and Engagement team has supported 70+ signatories from the D&I Charter, focusing on recruitment, progression and inclusivity. RPC has also partnered with the BRC and its members on critical discussions around other key sector issues such as AI, privacy & data protection, cyber and green claims.

RPC's Consumer Brands & Retail Group focuses on adding value. Value that comes from understanding a business from the inside out – that's why many of our lawyers have been seconded to consumer brands and retailers; and that's why we've invested in our award-winning retail training programme. The result? Strong, long-term relationships and tailored commercial advice.

Our latest practical tools include:

•    Horizon Scanner  - Seeing around corners for consumer brands and retailers
•    DMCCA guide - Our one-stop-shop for digestible and informative content
•    ESG Evolve - Strategic toolkit for business leaders
