Most people aren't afraid of public speaking — they're afraid of being judged. This workshop helps retail professionals reframe their relationship with presenting and conversation, turning anxiety into energy and hesitation into impact.

Drawing on practical techniques and real-world scenarios, participants leave with a toolkit they can use immediately, whether they're running a team briefing, presenting to senior stakeholders, or navigating a difficult conversation.

Who's it for

Managers and team leaders at any level who want to communicate more confidently, especially those who feel held back by nerves, self-doubt, or a sense that they're "not a natural" presenter.
