One to ones are one of the most underused tools in a manager's kit. When done well, they build trust, surface problems early, and unlock performance.
This workshop explores how a coaching mindset transforms routine check-ins into conversations that genuinely move things forward — helping managers shift from telling to listening, and from fixing to enabling.
