This event is by invitation only and restricted to CEOs or their designated delegates of BRC's retail members

The afternoon will be an off-the-record, interactive session led by A&O Shearman, exploring how a major cyber incident unfolds from the CEO’s perspective. Designed to confront one of the most consequential leadership challenges of our time, the Forum will include tailored scenarios and peer discussion. We will walk through the critical decisions involved in navigating a rapidly evolving crisis, which happens under intense time pressure, often with incomplete information.

In partnership with

We will explore engagement strategy, Board and investor management, legal and regulatory considerations, and internal and external communications. Our aim is to leave you with the judgment and practical frameworks to lead with confidence in the first critical hours and days, when the decisions you make will shape the outcome for months to come.

For those who have not attended before my goal with these Forums is to create an opportunity for peers to come together, hear and discuss thought-leading, provocative and practical content, share insights with each other – all with a view to helping you grapple with the issues.
