BRC Low Value Imports Meeting - Trade Community

The Government is consulting on ending the current system for low value imports, which enables parcels with a value up to £135 to be imported without paying customs duties or requiring full border checks. You can read our summary of the proposals here.

At this call you will hear from the Government officials leading the consultation on its purpose, how they are balancing input from industry and possible next steps. There will also be an opportunity for members to feed into the BRC’s consultation response before it closes at the start of March.
