This event is restricted to CEOs or their designated delegates of BRC's retail members.
Following the recent BRC CEO Forum, this call in partnership with AlixPartners will continue the discussion on the key strategic and operational challenges facing retail leaders around people and the future of work. Matt and the AlixPartners team will share the learnings from the Forum and provide you an opportunity to reflect on the themes raised, explore how leading retailers are responding to disruption, and consider the implications for decision‑making over the coming months. The discussion will focus on pragmatic responses to current pressures and priorities, with an emphasis on actions that can be taken now to strengthen resilience and position businesses for the period ahead.
We will then broaden out the conversation to hear your views on the impact of the Middle East conflict.
