This event is restricted to CEOs or their designated delegates of BRC's retail members.
There are few people in our industry with a wider network and better grasp of what's happening at the coalface than Matt Clark of AlixPartners. Join him and me for a discussion on driving productivity, evolving operating models and leading through transformation. This conversation will help inform our next in-person CEO Exchange Forum in March (details to follow).
In Partnership with
The environment continues to be disrupted, with the focus now shifting decisively towards one overriding challenge: how to deliver like-for-like volume growth when consumer spend is softening, costs are rising and competition is intensifying. Against this backdrop, people remain at the centre of every strategic question. Leaders are saying that they are seeing growing fatigue across their organisations, frustration with the pace of change, and a need for clearer, more grounded examples of how AI can drive real productivity rather than abstract promise.
With this in mind, our CEO Exchange Forum in March will focus on three interconnected people priorities:
- Driving productivity: strengthening core trading disciplines, simplifying end-to-end processes and using practical, tangible AI applications to unlock capacity.
- Shifting organisations: evolving operating models, rebuilding capability and giving teams the clarity and confidence to deliver in a more demanding environment.
- Leading through transformation: setting direction amid uncertainty, maintaining momentum and supporting colleagues through sustained change while making the bold decisions needed for long-term growth.
This call is the pre-curser to the Forum. We’ll be joined by Matt Clark and members of the Alix Partners team to set the scene on these important topics and get your input in advance of the Forum in March.
