The next in the series of exclusive D&I Charter workshops is scheduled for 9 September (10am-11.30am, MS Teams) and will look at Recruitment and Neurodiversity.

This workshop focuses on Pledge 2 of the D&I charter - unbiased recruitment -  looking particularly at recruitment and neurodiversity. We will be joined by our partners at the law firm RPC who will deliver the session. Agenda to follow.

  • Victoria Othen

    Consultant Solicitor, RPC

    Victoria is a specialist in employment tribunal litigation. Her work covers discrimination and equal pay issues, plus the full range of diversity, equality and inclusion-related matters, in addition to extensive project and advisory work. She acts for a wide range of clients, from charities to public and private bodies, businesses, and organisations. Many of these are large corporate employers that include major, high-street FTSE 250 companies operating in the retail, telecommunications, and other commercial sectors. Victoria has particular interest and extensive experience in neurodivergence at work and the issues which arise from this. Victoria is also a part-time Employment Tribunal Judge.

  • Dr Ashlea Cromby

    Neuroinclusion Advisor

    Ashlea is a Neuroinclusion advisor at auticon, a global IT consulting business and social enterprise that exclusively employs autistic adults in permanent roles as IT consultants. Her doctoral research explores the use of internet memes to communicate the autistic experience, offering innovative ways to bridge communication gaps through digital culture. Ashlea brings a wealth of experience from roles at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge, with a background spanning academia, advocacy, and inclusive practice.
