Sophie De Salis
Sustainability Policy Adviser | BRC
Sophie leads on ethical labour, responsible sourcing of commodities, and circular textiles.
Her work cuts across key areas of sustainability: from ethical labour and responsible sourcing to food waste and circular fashion. In her role, she engages and leads retailers on the latest policy developments, reactive issues and sustainable initiatives, as well as ongoing communication with government on the most pressing issues for retail.
Marcus Hartmann
Regional Head of Public Affairs & Sustainability, North Europe, H&M
Joined H&M in 2022 as Regional Head of Public Affairs & Sustainability for North Europe. Marcus is a leader with an outside-in perspective skilled in public affairs, sustainability, PR, and media management. Marcus' career is built from a variety of roles and industries within communications and sustainability such as Chief of staff at the Swedish government, Communications & Marketing Director at Teracom, and Nordics Corporate and Government Affairs Lead at Mondelez International.
Aimee Campanella
Development Director Textiles EPR, Reconomy
Aimee supports clients in navigating the complex world of global textiles EPR, ensuring compliance while unlocking opportunities to advance sustainability.
At Reconomy, she champions reuse initiatives through the organisation's omnichannel network, helping businesses not only meet their legal obligations but also adopt practices that protect the planet and strengthen brand reputation.
Her passion for sustainable fashion began in textile recycling, where she saw first-hand the impact of overconsumption. Inspired by this experience, Aimee reshaped her own habits, embracing second-hand and sustainable fashion - values she brings to her role as she empowers clients to build a more circular future.Laura Watson
Chief Creative Officer, Seasalt Cornwall
Laura is Chief Creative Officer at Seasalt Cornwall, where she has worked for the last 15 years, and sits on the Executive Board. She heads up the Design, Garment Technology, Product Compliance, ESG and Creative Marketing teams. Her role is to ensure our seasonal collections align with Seasalt’s strong brand identity of creativity & sustainability – set against the wild backdrop of our home in Cornwall, whilst also delivering to all of our high standards and delighting our customers. Creative circularity is an important initiative within our strategic roadmap.
