Sophie is RPC's Environment and Climate Change Practice Lead, advising clients on a broad range of environmental regulatory matters. She works with a wide range of clients, including leading retailers and consumer brands, advising on issues such as greenwashing risk and liability, supply chain sustainability, compliance with emerging environmental regulations and corporate sustainability reporting. She has a recent Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from UCL.

Tracey Banks
Climate Action Programme Manager | BRC
Tracey leads on BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap work to galvanise and accelerate the retail industry’s commitment to deliver Net Zero by 2040. Prior to BRC, Tracey founded a circular retail business which ran a refill delivery service to tackle the problem of grocery packaging waste. Previously, Tracey has spent most of her career in project / programme management roles in Retail, Banking and Consulting, leading ecommerce, digital and governance transformation.

Zoe Mernick-Levene
Partner, Litigation, RPC
Zoe is a litigation partner, who has built a cutting-edge practice in collective proceedings, launching the first ‘environmental’ CPO claims at the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) against sewerage companies for anti-competitive abuse. She primarily acts on behalf of consumers, investors, businesses, and other stakeholders in high profile and complex competition and group litigation claims.
