    Paul Anderson-Walsh is the CEO of Enolla Consulting, a Human Inclusion Consultancy that transforms organisational culture by elevating inclusion.He is known for his work on self-awareness, personal stories, and the beliefs that shape leadership. Paul has been a longstanding speaker at the BRC Leaders Summer School, where he has received praise for his vulnerability and open discussions on belonging and inclusion. He is also the People Lens owner for the programme.
