Law Enforcement’s Approach to the Safe Adoption of Facial Recognition

We are hosting a call with the Home Office to discuss law enforcement’s approach to the safe adoption of facial recognition and how this could be applied within the retail sector. The team has worked closely with police forces as part of the ongoing consultation on the governance, guidance, testing, and procurement of facial recognition technology.

There will be an opportunity for questions. The Home Office is particularly keen to hear views on the support available to retailers and how this work might be taken forward across the sector.
