    Climate Action Programme Manager | BRC

    Tracey leads on BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap work to galvanise and accelerate the retail industry’s commitment to deliver Net Zero by 2040.

  • Chris Henderson

    Managing Director, Nationwide Air Conditioning

    Chris brings over 20 years of HVAC experience and leads Nationwide Air Conditioning with a focus on sustainable retrofit strategies, technical excellence, and commercial performance. He is also a recognised industry voice, having appeared as an expert on the BBC’s The Apprentice, and continues to lead the business with a focus on quality, innovation, and client outcomes. Under his leadership, the company has won three consecutive RAC Cooling Awards, including Contractor of the Year 2024.

  • Yetunde Abdul

    Director of Industry Transformation, UK Green Building Council

    A life scientist by training, Yetunde has become a sustainability and green building specialist previously working for property investment and management, engineering and environmental consultancies, standard setting and certification organisations. Her experience spans ESG, energy and carbon management and reduction, environmental management and resource efficiency, ecological value and biodiversity net gain and wellbeing & social responsibility.

    Zero Carbon Design Manager, Mitsubishi Electric

    Chris Newman is the Zero Carbon Design Manager at Mitsubishi Electric, where he leads efforts to help decarbonise the built environment. With over 20 years at the company, he has held multiple roles focused on HVAC, and the use of low-carbon heat pump technologies. His work is central to Mitsubishi Electric's goal of driving net zero solutions in commercial buildings.

  • Timothy de Vos

    Head of Sustainability and Design, Nationwide Air Conditioning

    Tim is the Head of Sustainability and Design at Nationwide Air Conditioning, where he leads a team focused on practical decarbonisation strategies for commercial buildings. With a background in mechanical and electrical engineering and a sharp eye for real-world impact, he works closely with major clients across retail, hospitality, and offices to reduce carbon emissions within their budget and time constraints.
