The next in the series of exclusive D&I Charter workshops is scheduled for 25 March (10am-11.30am, MS Teams) and will look at AI, Technology and DEIB.
This session will particularly explore pledges 2 and 3 of the D&I Charter:
Pledge 2. ‘We will ensure there is no bias in the recruitment process and will undertake a transparent process of audit.
Pledge 3. ‘We will take positive action that supports open career opportunity and progression and will undertake a transparent process of audit’.
Exclusive to charter signatories, the workshops are delivered in partnership with RPC LLP and are tailored to support retailers on their D&I journey, providing a real opportunity to learn, share experiences, and collaborate. Our D&I Charter focuses on oversight, recruitment, progression, reporting, inclusivity, and responsibility – helping retailers challenge their culture and biases holistically and embed D&I into every aspect of their business.
