Helen Dickinson attends Drapers 2023 Future of Fashion Conference

On June 8th 2023, our CEO Helen Dickinson attended the Drapers 2023 Future of Fashion Conference. Helen outlined the various challenges facing the retail industry such as inflation, labour shortages, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and energy prices. She also spoke about her future outlook, highlighting that by resolving the challenges of labour shortages and sustainability, our industry can build a future for retail.

Helen concluded by telling Drapers that there is “no silver bullet” to fix the challenges retailers face, but that these factors are shaping the future of the industry by forcing retailers to innovate.
